I guess I am naive enough to think that most account holders know to be very dubious when receiving daily e-mails about problems with a PayPal account. My Dad had a problem with this site when they first gained popularity because when you have your MONEY tied up in a site, you become very sensitive to taking the steps to ensure its safety.
