Better Communication Results: NotebookLand has great customer service

    Just to be fair to Dell... my article was about my drifting away from them because of the buzz I was hearing. I've never owned one of their products, and my friends who do seem satisfied.

    Laptops and PCs are a commodity, so you can only "brand" the ease of purchase, delivery, and service. That's where Dell seems to be stepping down... Bad sign.

    What's worse for them is that I was warned off.... they didn't get a chance to make the sale.
