I know some people agree or disagree or add to it, but - obviously - there are some gray areas and they intermingle. But, at a meta level, this is how they do break down for me :)

However, as a college senior I have come to realize that the social networking site should be used as a tool for advancement and recognition. I have begun posting my internships and positive work qualities, as well as achievements. In addition I have have deleted the not-so-flattering party pics and wall posts.
I think individuals should realize the potential social networking sites have on their career and start making better decisions about their internet persona.
