For someone who, in my personal opinion, is on top of just about everything in the blogosphere, I'm surprised that you did miss the full story. Yes,<br>sensation "sells" in the blogosphere just like anywhere else so the 'good' part of the story didn't get as much coverage. But, there was a fair amount of coverage on what we did after the incident.</p><p>We replaced over 400,000 locks in 21 countries for FREE. No shipping, no handling - free. Didn't matter what year the lock was either - got one from 1980? Replaced. Got 8 locks total with that cylinder? Replaced. Got a tubular lock that wasn't even our brand? Seriously, I haven't heard word one that they do... or have been corrected ... or are improved.</p><p>Kryptonite = crap = shoddy = don't work.
