What always irks me is that small businesses feel they a) have no need for PR help or b) can't afford it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But, they all need it -- especially if they have a risk of personal injury liability. And, because they are small businesses, their PR budget need not be extravagant.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;They often have the same attitude about other marcom...
