    Thanks, Lee, for your kind words. What always irks me is that small businesses feel they a) have no need for PR help or b) can't afford it.

    But, they all need it -- especially if they have a risk of personal injury liability. And, because they are small businesses, their PR budget need not be extravagant.

    They often have the same attitude about other marcom... Well, there's a reason some small businesses stay small.
